You only pay when you are impressed enough to employ one of our candidates, so you have nothing to lose by comparing ours with any others you might already be seeing from elsewhere. By using Acorn 4 Jobs you are not incurring the unnecessary expense of advertising, or under pressure to employ the "best of a bad lot" if the response is poor. We work closely with you to make sure we fully understand your requirements to generate the right candidates for you, taking into account important detail and issues like personality and attitude to fit in with your existing team.
Full refund, if the employee leaves within the first two weeks!
Because we are confident you will be happy with any employees we introduce to you, we are prepared to offer a full refund of our fee, should they leave for any reason within the first two weeks of employment. It is important for new employees to fit in with your existing team, and with Acorn 4 Jobs you are taking no risk. We will refund the full fee if the employee leaves within two weeks, or a percentage of it if they leave within 12 weeks.

At Acorn 4 Jobs we prefer to initially ‘talk you through’ candidates who accurately match your vacancy rather than sending large amounts of paperwork, which not only saves your valuable time, but also speeds up the whole recruitment process. We can tell you so much more about a person than a sheet of paper ever can (e.g. personality, interpersonal skills, temperament) in addition to job history and education, and we can react immediately according to your comments. This way we can make sure you only see the select few candidates you are happy with. Using this method, we are often able to find the right candidate within 24 hours!

Rather than quoting a price for the booking, we will discuss with you who is available, explain their level of experience and skills, and the corresponding rate per hour charged for each person. You can then choose who you want to fit in with the skills you need, and your budget.
